Sinoni limited are owners of Sinoni Lodge and Sinoni Restaurant in Abuja. Nigerian cities are in dire need of hospitality and recreation facilities. These are essential for urban dwellers and tourists alike. Sinoni Limited, realizing the potentials that exist in the sector has successfuly designed, developed and launched both a hotel and restaurant in Abuja, the Federal Capital City of Nigeria. Both projects were successfully launched and have been in operation since 2005 and 2008 respectively.

Sinoni Chinese Restaurant was the first restaurant to offer authentic Chinese Cuisine in Abuja.

Sinoni Lodge has been providing luxury accommodation and hospitality services to visitors and residents of Abuja.

MTI Partnership is a firm of Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Cost Consultants with a wide range of experience. Operations at MTI Partnership are fully computerized for efficient and prompt service delivery. The firm was incorporated in 1991, and is registered with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN), which is the relevant professional regulatory body. Since inception the firm has provided consultancy services in the form of feasibility studies, costing, project management, materials scheduling, and the like. Projects handled cut across categories of private and public clients involving residential, commercial and communal buildings.
